The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms in a timely and professional manner. Resolve complaints and issues by investigating problems, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on recurring customer concerns. Process orders, returns, and account changes while adhering to company policies and procedures. Meet or exceed established performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
