Required Qualifications Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license with RNFA certification in New Jersey or be a certified Physician Assistant with appropriate surgical training. A Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program is required, along with current certification from the NCCPA or ANCC. Minimum of 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing or surgical assisting is essential, with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications mandatory.
