In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers in the livestock nutrition industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will conduct field visits to farms and ranches, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate nutritional products and feeding programs. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Your expertise will help livestock producers improve animal health, productivity, and profitability through science-based nutrition solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of animal nutrition, feed ingredients, and livestock production practices. Proven sales experience in agriculture or related industries is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region are required. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in animal science, agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Candidates must have at least two years of sales experience, preferably in feed, nutrition, or agribusiness. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred.
