Redfin is actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and grow real estate sales operations across the Kansas City and St. Louis markets. This role requires a strategic leader who will manage, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals while driving revenue performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the local real estate landscape. Key Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents to maximize individual and team performance. The manager will monitor sales metrics, provide regular coaching sessions, and create accountability systems that foster continuous improvement.
