Job Overview Catale Temporary Housing, a leader in providing innovative temporary housing solutions for corporate relocations, disaster response, and short-term stays, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee our Kansas operations. This full-time role is pivotal in driving sales growth, managing regional teams, and building lasting client partnerships in a competitive market. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will spearhead strategies to exceed revenue goals while delivering exceptional service to clients needing reliable temporary accommodations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to meet and surpass quarterly and annual targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, conducting performance reviews and fostering a high-performance culture. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, including corporate clients, government agencies, and event organizers, to secure repeat business and new contracts. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine sales approaches. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of temporary housing solutions. Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership. Represent Catale at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility. Monitor sales metrics using CRM tools and implement data-driven improvements to optimize performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within hospitality, real estate, or temporary housing industries. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional capacity. Experience managing sales teams of 5+ members. Strong understanding of the Kansas market, including key industries like energy, agriculture, and manufacturing. Skills Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on motivation and development. Advanced sales acumen, including negotiation, closing deals, and account management. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and forecast trends. High energy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Kansas as needed.
