As a Wireless Sales Associate at Team Wireless, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking wireless solutions and Verizon products in Lexington, Nebraska. This full-time sales position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where you will help customers select the right devices, plans, and accessories to meet their communication needs.
In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their wireless requirements, recommend appropriate Verizon plans and devices, process sales transactions, and ensure customers leave satisfied with their purchases. You will actively promote new products, participate in sales campaigns, meet monthly performance targets, and maintain an organized store environment that showcases the latest wireless technology. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving service concerns, and collaborating with team members to achieve store goals.
To succeed, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail or sales experience.
