M-Files is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead customer-centric marketing initiatives across North America. This strategic role focuses on building lasting relationships with existing customers through targeted campaigns that drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy while strengthening brand loyalty in a competitive enterprise software market.
The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will develop comprehensive customer marketing programs including lifecycle campaigns, customer success storytelling, and advocacy initiatives. Key responsibilities include creating and executing go-to-market strategies for customer retention, planning and managing virtual and in-person customer events, developing case studies and reference programs, collaborating with sales and customer success teams to identify expansion opportunities, measuring campaign performance through data analytics, and managing customer communication channels to ensure consistent brand messaging throughout the customer journey.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field with a minimum of five to seven years of experience in B2B customer marketing, preferably in enterprise software or technology sectors. Proven track record of developing successful customer retention and expansion programs is essential along with strong project management abilities and experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Required skills include expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and experience managing customer advocacy and reference programs.
