Full Description
Champion Homes is seeking a dedicated Zone Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and build strong relationships with dealers throughout the York, Nebraska region. This position plays a critical role in expanding market share and driving revenue growth for manufactured housing solutions across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through dealer networks and market analysis, maintaining regular contact with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities, providing product training and support to dealers and their sales teams, preparing and presenting sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, a minimum of three to five years of sales experience preferably in the housing, construction, or manufacturing industries, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Skills required for success include strong negotiation and closing abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, analytical thinking for market assessment, and relationship-building expertise with both internal teams and external partners.
