Amplity is seeking a dynamic Hybrid Sales Representative/SWAT to join our expanding team in Kansas. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to represent cutting-edge pharmaceutical and healthcare solutions while working across the Central Standard Time territory. The role combines strategic office-based planning with extensive field work, providing the perfect balance between independent territory management and collaborative team support.
As a Sales Representative/SWAT, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. You will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers within hospitals, clinics, and medical practices. Daily activities include conducting product presentations, organizing educational events, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service to existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities throughout the assigned Kansas territory.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable with extensive travel throughout the territory. Previous experience with CRM systems, territory management software, and virtual selling platforms is highly desirable. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this field-based role.
Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences, and exceptional time management skills. You will work independently while maintaining close collaboration with regional managers, marketing teams, and medical affairs colleagues.
