Job Overview Spectrum, a leading provider of broadband, mobile, and voice services, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Grand Island, Nebraska. In this full-time field-based role, you will represent Spectrum's cutting-edge connectivity solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, helping them enhance operations with reliable internet, mobile services, and voice technologies. As a key player in our sales organization, you will identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and exceed revenue targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking events, door-to-door visits, and referrals within assigned territories. Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to recommend tailored Spectrum Business solutions, including fiber internet, wireless services, and VoIP systems. Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly quotas. Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using Salesforce CRM. Collaborate with internal teams, such as installation and support, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Spectrum product updates to position our services effectively. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of outside sales experience, ideally in telecommunications, technology, or B2B services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field environment. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for territory travel; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Comfortable with technology and CRM tools; basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
