In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the retail store, helping them navigate the latest technology, compare wireless plans, and select devices that best fit their lifestyle and communication needs. Key Responsibilities include greeting customers with enthusiasm, conducting needs assessments to understand individual requirements, demonstrating product features and benefits, processing sales transactions accurately, meeting monthly sales targets, handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns professionally, maintaining store appearance and inventory organization, participating in promotional campaigns, and collaborating with team members to achieve store performance goals.
