ECS Inc. International is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Global Sales to spearhead the company's worldwide sales initiatives. This executive leadership position is based in Kansas and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth across multiple international markets. The role requires an experienced sales leader who can build high-performing teams, establish strategic partnerships, and position the company competitively in the global marketplace. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing global sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives, leading and mentoring regional sales directors and teams across multiple continents, establishing and maintaining relationships with key international clients and distribution partners, analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities, setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets and KPIs for global operations, overseeing the sales pipeline and forecasting accuracy across all regions, collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales goals and company capabilities, representing the company at major international industry events and conferences, and driving continuous improvement in sales processes, methodologies, and technologies. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles with global or multi-regional responsibility. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in international markets is essential, along with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales organizations. Essential skills include exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, outstanding leadership and team development capabilities, deep understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools, and the ability to travel internationally as required.
