CVS Health is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to expand our presence in the dental and vision insurance market, focusing on public sector organizations and labor unions throughout the Atlanta region. This role plays a vital part in identifying opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and delivering comprehensive benefit solutions that improve health outcomes for diverse member populations.
Key Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities within assigned territories, conducting needs assessments and delivering customized presentations to decision makers, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. The Sales Executive will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, collaborate with internal underwriting and service teams, and represent CVS Health at industry events and conferences.
Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in B2B sales preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Essential Skills include consultative selling, relationship management, market analysis, negotiation, and proficiency with CRM platforms. The ideal candidate is self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex sales environments.
