Required Qualifications Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Missouri, with national certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP for NPs; NCCPA for PAs). A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited program is required, along with at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, geriatrics, or home health. Current DEA registration and BLS certification are mandatory. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines is essential. Skills Exceptional clinical judgment and diagnostic skills are paramount, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients of all ages. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner, and telehealth platforms is required.
