Eventide Senior Living Communities is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to drive hospice referrals through strategic relationship building and community outreach across the Grand Island and Kearney regions.

Full Description

The Business Development Coordinator plays a vital role in expanding hospice services by cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships within the healthcare community and local organizations. This position is responsible for increasing patient referrals by actively engaging with hospitals, physicians, clinics, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources across the Grand Island and Kearney service areas. The coordinator will represent Eventide Senior Living Communities at community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities to raise awareness of hospice care options and build brand recognition. Daily activities include conducting educational presentations, following up on leads, tracking referral sources, and maintaining detailed records of outreach efforts and outcomes. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory and a strong ability to connect with diverse stakeholders. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate a professional presence, and show a genuine commitment to serving seniors and their families. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare sales, hospice, or senior living environments and be comfortable working independently in a field-based capacity. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
