Key Responsibilities
You will manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing questions about product availability, orders, and specifications. Resolve issues promptly by coordinating with sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams to process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Accurately enter and update customer data in our CRM system, generate quotes, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. Build strong relationships by offering personalized solutions and upselling complementary products when appropriate. Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as process optimization and customer feedback analysis. Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all interactions to uphold Mohawk's reputation for excellence.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in retail, manufacturing, or distribution sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule including occasional overtime.
