AmeriPro Roofing is actively seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Nickerson, Kansas. This field-based role focuses on identifying and developing new customer opportunities by engaging directly with homeowners and businesses in the local market. You will represent our company as a trusted roofing advisor, helping clients understand the value of high-quality roofing services while driving revenue growth through consultative selling. As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and referrals. You will conduct detailed roof inspections, prepare customized proposals, and present roofing solutions that meet each client's unique needs and budget. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers is essential, as is following up on leads and closing sales to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. You will also maintain accurate records in our CRM system, collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution, and stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions. To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous outside sales experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently in a field environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Familiarity with roofing or home improvement sales is a plus but not mandatory.
