Talentoma is seeking a dedicated Remote Phone Customer Service Agent to provide outstanding support to customers across various channels. In this full-time remote role based in Florida, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. The position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls promptly and courteously, actively listening to customer needs, and providing accurate information or solutions. You will handle complaints with empathy, escalate complex issues when necessary, and maintain detailed records of all interactions. Daily tasks involve processing orders, updating customer accounts, following up on pending cases, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions. You will also participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and company policies.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience preferably in a phone-based environment, and strong verbal communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable using computers and customer relationship management software. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
