Spectrum is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative fluent in both English and Spanish to expand its commercial customer base in Grand Island, Nebraska. This role involves actively prospecting and visiting local businesses to present tailored telecommunications solutions that meet their connectivity, mobile, and entertainment needs. The position offers the opportunity to work independently in the field while leveraging Spectrum's extensive product portfolio and established brand reputation. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential commercial clients through cold calls, door-to-door outreach, and networking within the local business community. Representatives will deliver compelling sales presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare customized proposals that highlight Spectrum's high-speed internet, mobile plans, and TV services. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships is essential, as is consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and performance metrics. The role also requires accurate documentation of all sales activity within the company's CRM platform and ongoing collaboration with internal support teams to ensure seamless service activation. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous outside sales or account management experience strongly preferred. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively serve the diverse local business market. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record are mandatory due to the field-based nature of the position.
