Job Overview: CSM Companies, Inc. - Kenworth is seeking an experienced Truck Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our York, Nebraska location. This full-time leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer service within the commercial trucking industry. The Truck Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving aggressive sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily sales operations and set performance goals for the sales team. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase truck sales volume and market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including fleet operators and independent buyers. Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to improve closing rates and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with finance and service departments to provide comprehensive customer solutions. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Required Qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience in commercial truck or heavy equipment sales.
