Teamtailor is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and expand our market presence throughout the United States. This strategic role is based in Chicago, Illinois, and focuses on building and managing high-performing sales teams while developing key client relationships. The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving sustainable revenue growth in a competitive SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets, recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals. The role requires building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and providing regular performance reports to senior leadership. You will also be responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing new tools and methodologies, and ensuring consistent pipeline development across multiple territories. Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of progressive sales experience in the SaaS or technology sector. Candidates must demonstrate proven success in managing and scaling sales teams, with a strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and excellent presentation and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
