Job Overview: Sonova AG, a global leader in hearing care innovation, is seeking a strategic Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to join our team in Aurora, IL. This pivotal full-time role will oversee the marketing operations function, leveraging technology, data, and processes to enhance campaign performance, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration across our portfolio of hearing aids, cochlear implants, and consumer audio solutions. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts to support Sonova's mission of helping millions hear better. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing technology stacks, including CRM systems like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau. Develop and execute data-driven strategies to measure campaign ROI, segment audiences, and personalize customer experiences. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to streamline workflows, automate processes, and ensure seamless integration of martech tools. Oversee A/B testing, performance reporting, and predictive analytics to inform marketing decisions. Manage a team of marketing operations specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility. Budget management, vendor selection, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) are core to the role. Drive innovation in areas like AI-powered personalization and omnichannel orchestration to elevate Sonova's brand globally. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce) preferred. Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, martech, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record in a global or consumer-facing industry, ideally healthcare or consumer electronics. Skills: Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and stakeholder influence abilities. Knowledge of marketing metrics, funnel optimization, and lead scoring. Tech-savvy, adaptable to emerging tools like AI/ML for marketing.
