The role also involves effective communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate medical records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications for this position include current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Kentucky, national certification, and at least two years of experience in emergency medicine or a related acute care setting. Candidates must hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.
