Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with Ripple's overall marketing goals and business priorities. Create, edit, and optimize diverse content types including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media content, email newsletters, and video scripts to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely production and publication while maintaining brand voice, consistency, and quality standards. Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and performance on search engines and digital platforms. Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush, deriving actionable insights to refine strategies and report on KPIs such as traffic, leads, and ROI. Collaborate with design, product, sales, and executive teams to align content with product launches, campaigns, and customer journeys. Oversee freelance writers, designers, and agencies as needed to scale content production efficiently. Stay ahead of industry trends in content marketing, fintech, and digital media to innovate and experiment with new formats and channels.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or technology sectors. Proven track record of developing successful content strategies that have driven measurable business results.
Skills
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt tone for various audiences. Strong proficiency in SEO, content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Contentful), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools and A/B testing. Creative storyteller with solid understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, and paid media. Excellent project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software is a plus.
