Pitney Bowes is seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to join our team in Kansas. This full-time position focuses on selling mailing and shipping supplies to businesses through inbound and outbound sales activities. The role combines consultative selling with account management to help customers optimize their mailing and shipping operations.
In this position, you will actively engage with prospects and existing customers through phone, email, and digital channels to understand their needs and recommend appropriate supply solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing customized quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads generated through various marketing channels. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track sales activities, and work toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualified candidates should possess previous inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in B2B environments. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential along with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Candidates must demonstrate persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms is required, while knowledge of mailing equipment, shipping processes, or supply chain operations is considered advantageous.
