Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, providing accurate information about Terminix services, pricing, and scheduling. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, processing service requests, and escalating complex cases to specialized teams. Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. Build rapport with customers to promote loyalty, upsell services when appropriate, and gather feedback to improve our offerings. Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to coordinate efficient service delivery and follow up on customer concerns post-service. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
