As a Customer Success Manager at Huork, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our solutions. This position requires a customer-centric professional who can manage a portfolio of accounts, understand client goals, and proactively address challenges to foster long-term loyalty. You will serve as the primary point of contact, guiding customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize product utilization.
Your key responsibilities include developing and executing tailored success plans for each account, monitoring customer health metrics, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues promptly and deliver a seamless experience. Regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and proactive outreach will be essential to maintaining high satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and advocate for client needs internally.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess at least three years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a technical discipline is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. The ability to analyze data, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously is critical. Familiarity with SaaS environments and a proven track record of improving retention rates are highly desirable.
