Join Bimbo Bakeries USA as a Route Sales Professional and play a critical role in driving on-the-road growth through effective direct store delivery operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while managing a defined sales territory in McCook, Nebraska.
The Route Sales Professional is responsible for delivering fresh bakery products to retail locations, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring products are always presented in optimal condition. Daily duties include planning efficient delivery routes, loading and unloading products, merchandising shelves, and rotating stock to maintain freshness standards. Professionals in this role develop lasting relationships with store managers, identify new sales opportunities, and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
Key responsibilities include achieving daily and weekly sales targets, collecting payments, maintaining accurate route records, and following all safety and food handling guidelines.
