Provide consultations to on-site nursing staff, respond to urgent calls, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Document all encounters thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR), participate in care plan reviews, and coordinate with primary care providers or specialists. Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing; at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatrics, SNF, or post-acute care settings.
