XBP ASIA is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service quality. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities include managing a high volume of customer interactions through phone, email, and chat platforms while maintaining accurate documentation of all communications. You will investigate and resolve complaints by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions in accordance with company policies. Additional duties involve processing orders, returns, and account updates with precision, collaborating with internal departments to escalate complex issues when necessary, and consistently meeting performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
