As the Channel Sales Manager for Kansas and Oklahoma at Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, you will lead regional sales initiatives through a network of distributors and channel partners, driving revenue growth and strengthening market position in the welding and industrial equipment sector. This role requires developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the regional market, managing key account relationships, and ensuring distributor success through training, support, and performance management. You will identify new business opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
