Job Overview: Globe Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and provide outstanding service to customers across the United States. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, assisting with questions about insurance coverage, billing, policy changes, and claims processing. You will help customers understand their benefits and resolve issues quickly and professionally while contributing to a positive customer experience. As a fully remote position, you will work from the comfort of your home while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support from our team. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions. Process policy changes, updates, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines. Assist customers with billing questions, premium payments, and account status inquiries. Guide customers through the claims process and provide updates on claim status. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically. Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills. Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
