Job Overview NOVIAC is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team in Illinois. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs and financial goals. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through proactive outreach and exceptional service. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each client's insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options. Present and explain various insurance products including auto, home, life, and business policies to potential customers. Process applications, manage policy renewals, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay current with industry trends, product changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to resolve client issues and streamline the sales process. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Active insurance license or willingness to obtain required licensing within the first 90 days of employment. Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services, is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. Skills Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Resilience and persistence in a target-driven environment.
