You will collaborate with internal teams to address member concerns effectively while maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations and privacy standards. Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience preferably in healthcare or insurance, and strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills along with patience and empathy when assisting members. Skills essential for success in this position include active listening, problem-solving, time management, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
