We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Grand Island, NE clinic on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to male patients seeking to optimize their health, vitality, and performance. Key Responsibilities You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic testing interpretation focused on men's hormonal health, sexual wellness, and overall vitality. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications such as testosterone, PDE5 inhibitors, and peptides while monitoring patient progress and adjusting therapies as needed. Perform minor procedures like injections and blood draws, educate patients on lifestyle modifications, treatment adherence, and potential side effects, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR), adhere to clinical protocols, and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. Required Qualifications Candidates must hold a valid Nebraska Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA). A Master's degree in Nursing (for NPs) or Physician Assistant Studies is required, along with at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, endocrinology, urology, or men's health. DEA registration and BLS certification are mandatory, with experience in hormone therapy or sexual health considered a strong plus. Nebraska residency or willingness to relocate is preferred. Skills Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent patient communication and counseling abilities, proficiency in EHR systems like Epic or similar, and a passion for men's health optimization.
