Job Overview The Regional Marketing Liaison, AIR US - Central, at Chiesi USA, Inc., plays a pivotal role in advancing our Asthma, Inhalation & Rare (AIR) franchise within the Central US region, based in Illinois. This full-time position involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, field teams, and internal stakeholders to execute targeted marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive product adoption, and support patient outcomes in respiratory therapies. As a key liaison, you will bridge marketing efforts with regional sales dynamics, ensuring alignment with Chiesi's mission to improve lives through innovative biopharmaceutical solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional marketing plans tailored to the Central US market, including promotional campaigns, educational programs, and digital initiatives for AIR products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and regional teams to gather insights and amplify brand messaging. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI to leadership. Coordinate cross-functional projects, such as speaker programs, advisory boards, and patient support initiatives, while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations like FDA guidelines and PhRMA code. Support field sales teams with marketing materials, training, and tactical execution to achieve sales objectives. Leverage data analytics tools to track engagement and refine targeting for HCP outreach. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or PharmD) preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in respiratory or rare disease areas. Proven track record in regional liaison roles with demonstrated success in B2B marketing within biotech or pharma. Strong understanding of US healthcare systems, payer landscapes, and promotional compliance. Skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without authority. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and CRM systems. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments. High emotional intelligence for stakeholder management and team collaboration. Digital marketing expertise, including social media, content creation, and SEO optimization. Strong presentation skills and adaptability to travel within the Central region (up to 50%).
