Job Overview: Join The LaunchWell Group as a Sales Territory Manager/Medical Device in the North Central region of Kansas. This full-time role is pivotal in driving sales of innovative medical devices to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. You will represent a leading portfolio of cutting-edge medical solutions, fostering long-term relationships and achieving ambitious revenue targets in a dynamic, high-impact territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-service presentations to educate customers on device benefits and usage. Manage a territory pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce, tracking leads, opportunities, and forecasts. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, administrators, and procurement teams. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and clinical support, to deliver customized solutions. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and regional meetings to promote products and network. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, and healthcare reimbursement guidelines. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, territory activities, and customer interactions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare equipment, preferably in orthopedics, surgical tools, or diagnostics. Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a territory management role. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within North Central Kansas (80%+ field time). Knowledge of Kansas healthcare landscape, including major hospitals in Wichita, Topeka, and surrounding areas. Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation abilities. Strong presentation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical product info into customer value. Analytical mindset for territory planning and performance optimization. Resilience, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Technical aptitude to learn and demo complex medical devices.
