IP Infusion Canada Inc is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in Santa Clara, California. This role is critical in leading and managing large-scale healthcare technology programs that support the company's mission of delivering innovative networking solutions within the healthcare sector. In this position, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with engineering, product, operations, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for identifying risks early, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive program plans, managing resource allocation, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress to senior leadership. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement in program management processes. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices. To succeed in this position, candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of seven years of program management experience in technology or healthcare environments is required. PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are highly preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana, along with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and experience managing vendor relationships are significant advantages.
