Full Description
American Income Life is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, providing timely assistance and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and responding to emails, addressing customer questions about policies and coverage, processing changes and updates to accounts, and maintaining accurate documentation of all client communications. You will also escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary and follow up to ensure resolutions are completed.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and possess basic computer proficiency.
