Operate cash registers accurately, process various payment methods including cash, credit, and mobile payments, and balance tills at the end of shifts. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are attractively displayed to drive sales. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms, counters, and floors, adhering to health and safety standards. Prepare food items such as hot dogs, pizzas, and coffee in compliance with food safety regulations. Promote loyalty programs, up-sell products, and resolve customer complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction. Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking for accuracy, and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to cover shifts and ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or food service is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. High school diploma or equivalent is a plus. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers. Strong attention to detail for accurate cash handling and stocking. Multitasking ability to juggle customer service, cleaning, and sales simultaneously.
