Torentify is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service experiences that reflect our company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer feels valued and supported throughout their journey with Torentify. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat platforms in a timely and professional manner. You will investigate and resolve customer complaints, process orders and returns, and maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within our CRM system. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback that helps improve our products and services based on customer insights. To succeed in this position, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously. Candidates should demonstrate patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities while maintaining composure under pressure. Ideal candidates will be proficient in using customer relationship management tools, helpdesk software, and standard office applications. You should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity standards.
