Job Overview Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo, is seeking a motivated Route Sales Representative to join our team in Russell, KS. In this full-time position, you will be the face of our iconic snack brands, managing a designated sales route to service convenience stores, supermarkets, and vending locations. Drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure our products are prominently displayed and stocked to maximize consumer demand. Key Responsibilities Your primary duties include safely operating a company-provided vehicle to transport products to customer locations. You will unload cases, rotate and shelf products, set up eye-catching displays, and execute promotional activities to boost sales. Sell in new products, negotiate shelf space, and provide excellent service to retailers. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and communicate effectively with store managers to meet service goals. Maintain route cleanliness, adhere to all safety protocols, and use handheld devices to record sales data and orders accurately. Expect early morning starts and physical work in varied weather conditions. Required Qualifications Successful candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the ability to pass a DOT physical exam. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, along with basic math skills for inventory and sales tracking. You must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
