ALLO Fiber is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Grand Island, Nebraska. This position offers an exciting opportunity to represent premium fiber optic telecommunications services while building lasting customer relationships in the local community. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding ALLO Fiber's market presence through strategic outreach and consultative selling approaches. Key Responsibilities include conducting door-to-door sales activities throughout assigned territories, identifying potential customers through research and networking, presenting fiber optic service packages tailored to individual needs, overcoming objections to close sales, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activities, collaborating with installation teams to ensure smooth service activation, participating in community events to increase brand awareness, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas established by management. Required Qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with clean driving record, reliable personal transportation, and previous sales experience preferably in telecommunications, cable, or utilities. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication abilities and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed. Skills essential for success include exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities, persuasive presentation and negotiation skills, self-motivation with minimal supervision, time management and organizational proficiency, basic computer literacy for CRM systems, resilience in handling rejection, and genuine enthusiasm for technology and connectivity solutions.
