In this full-time role, you will oversee the inside sales operations, motivating a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service to clients in the life sciences and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of inside sales representatives, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development plans to optimize productivity. Monitor sales metrics, analyze pipeline data, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed quarterly goals. Collaborate with marketing, product management, and field sales teams to align on customer needs and promotional campaigns. Handle escalated customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and forecasting reviews to maintain a motivated and informed sales force. Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, generating insightful reports for senior leadership. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3-5 years in inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment, preferably in scientific, healthcare, or technical products. Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and forecasting trends. Customer-focused approach with negotiation and problem-solving expertise.
