Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and competency assessments. Skills: Strong clinical skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and advanced cardiac life support. Excellent critical thinking and decision-making under pressure, with proficient communication and interpersonal abilities. Technical proficiency in EHR systems like Epic, attention to detail, empathy, and the capacity to thrive in high-stress situations.
