Alert 360, a leader in security and smart home solutions, is seeking a dynamic Security Sales Consultant to join our Wichita, KS team. In this role, you will promote and sell comprehensive security systems, including alarms, cameras, access control, and automation, to both residential and business customers. As a key player in our sales force, you will identify leads, conduct consultations, and deliver customized solutions that enhance safety and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and community events. Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to recommend tailored security packages. Present compelling product demonstrations, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate contracts to secure sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and upsell additional services. Track sales activities in CRM systems, meet or exceed monthly quotas, and provide market feedback to improve offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to position Alert 360 as the top choice.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Proven track record in sales, ideally within security, home services, or technology sectors, with at least 2-3 years of experience. Valid driver's license and clean driving record essential for field travel. Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications.
