Full Description
AmeriPro Roofing is seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Arlington, Kansas. This role focuses on identifying and converting sales opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship building, and delivering tailored roofing solutions to residential and commercial clients. The representative will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities include conducting daily field visits to generate leads and meet prospective customers, assessing roofing needs through property inspections, preparing customized proposals and quotes, and negotiating contract terms to secure sales. The representative will also maintain accurate records in the CRM system, follow up on existing leads, attend industry events, and collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Building long-term relationships and generating referrals are essential components of success in this position.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with previous outside sales experience preferred. Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, along with the ability to pass a background check. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary, as is comfort working independently in a field-based environment. Physical stamina for climbing ladders and inspecting roofs is required.
Preferred Skills include proficiency with CRM platforms, knowledge of roofing materials and installation processes, and the ability to read blueprints or technical specifications. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus but not required.
