Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Iowa. Key Responsibilities
You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy. Resolve complaints and issues effectively by troubleshooting problems, escalating complex cases when necessary, and following up to confirm resolution. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system, updating account information and tracking interactions for seamless service continuity. Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles, ideally within a consulting or professional services firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with experience in CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk highly desirable.
