Job Overview Mind Friend is seeking a dedicated Part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Texas, supporting our mission to provide accessible mental health and wellness resources to individuals worldwide. As a CSR, you will be the friendly voice and primary point of contact for our users, helping them navigate our platform, resolve issues, and feel supported during their wellness journey. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, live calls, and our support ticket system, ensuring high satisfaction ratings. Troubleshoot common technical issues related to our app and web platform, escalating complex problems to technical teams as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating CRM systems with detailed notes for seamless team collaboration. Educate users on Mind Friend's services, including mental health tools, appointment scheduling, and resource libraries to empower their self-care. Proactively follow up on unresolved issues, gather feedback to improve services, and contribute to a positive, supportive community atmosphere. Adhere to privacy policies and data protection standards when handling sensitive user information. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, psychology, or related field preferred. At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, tech support, or wellness sectors. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong active listening skills. Comfortable using remote work tools like Zoom, Slack, Zendesk, or similar platforms. Must be based in Texas and able to commit to part-time hours (20-25 per week), with flexibility for peak times including evenings or weekends.
