In this full-time remote position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media. Troubleshoot issues, process orders, handle returns, and provide accurate information about products and services. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain detailed records and track resolutions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Actively listen to customer needs, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to achieving team performance metrics such as response time and resolution rates. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
